The Professional trial lasts seven days and can be used without purchasing a subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Duplicate charges, technical billing errors and legally required refunds will be reviewed. Submit the payment reference through the Contact page. Partial-period refunds are not normally provided for voluntary cancellation after the service has been used.
SnapQuote records photographer payments but does not hold or process those client payments in the current version. Refunds between photographers and their clients are governed by their own agreement.
