SnapQuote processes account details, studio profile information, client records, quotations, bookings, payments recorded by the photographer, uploaded logos and proposal images, and technical security logs required to operate the service.
Photographers control the client information they enter and must have a lawful reason to use it.
Information is used to provide quotation, booking, reporting, account, billing, security and support functions. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Data may be stored with infrastructure, authentication, payment and email providers configured for SnapQuote. Access is limited to what is required to operate the service.
Account owners can export their records and request account deletion from the Account page. Deletion removes the account and associated business records, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or payment-dispute reasons.
